How do I create a Rewards account if I've only ever ordered through the mail, phone, or fax?Updated a month ago

Anyone with an account at collinstreet.com was automatically enrolled in our rewards program. 

If you have provided an email address in the past when ordering via mail, phone, or fax, you may already be enrolled in CSB Rewards. 

To see if you're already enrolled, simply click on the Account icon on the far right of the navigation bar. Next, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the prompts to create a password for the account registered to your email address.

Please note: The CSB Rewards program will be sunset on December 15th, 2024. Due to this reason, no new points will be awarded moving forward. Over the coming weeks, we encourage you to redeem your points for rewards from our collection.
