What happens to my points if I make a return?Updated a month ago

When you return an item, you will lose the points originally earned by completing that specific purchase. If you used points to redeem a discount on a purchase, your points will be returned to your account upon completion of the return. 

Please note: The CSB Rewards program will be sunset on December 15th, 2024. Due to this reason, no new points will be awarded moving forward. Over the coming weeks, we encourage you to redeem your points for rewards from our collection.
